How to Care for Your Amara Wig

Washing

• Detangle gently with a wide-tooth comb before washing
• Use cool or lukewarm water only — never hot water
• Apply a small amount of mild shampoo, working root to tip in a downward motion
• Rinse thoroughly and apply a lightweight conditioner from mid-length to ends — avoid the lace area
• Gently squeeze out excess water — do not wring or twist

Drying

• Pat dry with a soft microfibre towel
• Air dry on a wig stand — avoid direct sunlight or heat sources

Styling

• Use a flat iron or curling wand on a low heat setting (max 180°C / 356°F)
• Always apply a heat protectant spray before heat styling
• Use a wide-tooth comb or fingers to style curls

Storage

• Store on a wig stand or in a silk/satin bag
